I have only owned this pillow for two nights, but I followed the instructions explicitly. I took it out of the box. I fluffed it up, which I was amazed at how much it fluffed up. I put it out on my porch to air out all day, and then I put half of the bag of additional stuffing in. I did put the pillowcase on that they sent, but I also put one of my own over top because I wanted to keep it clean. I have to say I absolutely love it and when I wake up in the morning, I fluff it like the instructions say. And can’t wait to use it again the next night.
